Based on several concepts that the artists Miró and Matisse proposed and put into practice in their creative process, 'A Line that Extends the Hand' suggest creating a common space through large-scale painting and drawing in order to give voice to error and 'the desire for the line'.
The artists Yass and Martí Sawe, accustomed to painting in large format and in very hasty temporalities, suggest creating a space for experimentation and collective deceleration, using play and drawing as languages from which we will relate to each other. The activity involves constructing some long unstable tools to paint from a distance, reproducing a few techniques that Miró and Matisse used in their work.
