The PDC programme has been developed by the Barcelona Education Consortium and Barcelona City Council with the aim of reducing the rate of school failure. Within the framework of this programme, the Fundació Joan Miró offers its support with the internship periods, where pupils experience different working environments for the first time and have the opportunity to develop skills related with savoir faire and how to handle themselves in the workplace.

During the academic year 2018-2019, two pupils from the Institut XXV Olimpíada secondary school have assisted with the day-to-day tasks of the Education Department and the Library of the Fundació Joan Miró.
