The Fundació Joan Miró offers new digital proposals for home
As you know, for the safety and protection of our visitors and staff, the Fundació Joan Miró is closed to the public -for the moment, until 12 April.
At the Fundació Joan Miró we believe that art can be relevant to everyone at all times and under all sorts of circumstances. Now more than ever, art can help us channel our thoughts and emotions, generate well-being, broaden our horizons and liven up our days. For this reason, during the closure of the museum and the confinement of citizens, the public life of the Fundació Joan Miró and the work of all its teams does not stop, it moves to the virtual world.
Miró at home is an online content project encompasses a series of digital communication actions aimed at bringing Miró’s work and figure closer to the museum’s virtual community, as well as maintaining the public activity of the Fundació Joan Miró during this time with Miró in play, Read Miró, Play Miró and The history of a graph
In this necessary period of confinement and social discipline, we want to feel close. Wherever you are, we want to bring you art and well-being. We will love to hear about you and talk to you through our channels. Stay in touch with our social media and follow #Miróathome. The Joan Miró Foundation is looking forward to welcoming you back to its exhibition rooms soon. In the meantime, let’s take care of each other.
