Mima Teatre

2016 is the 100^th anniversary of the birth of Roald Dahl, one of the most celebrated writers of children's books. Based on his novel Agu Trot  (originally published in English as Esio Trot), Mima Teatre commemorates this event by turning Dahl's book into a play. This is the endearing story of two neighbours: Mr Hoppy is an old-age pensioner who lives alone and spends most of his time tending to his flowers with great care and dedication. He is secretly in love with Mrs Silver, his downstairs neighbour, who is passionate about Alfie, her pet tortoise.
