A blank sheet accompanied by deep breathing will help us to draw landscapes as we listen to the sounds of autumn, focussing on all the small details of everything around us, just as Joan Miró did.
The workshop will be led by Mari Ito, a Japanese artist living in Barcelona who will convey her childhood experiences to us through bright colours and sensitive lines, creating a unique work that goes beyond traditional Japanese painting, resulting in a distinctive image of the world.
The artist Mari Ito explores the theme of the seeds of human desire with joy, pain and anger, expressing her characteristic approach - which is also full of humour - through the recurring image of flowers with faces.
Drawing workshop suitable for everyone that is part of the Barcelona Dibuixa 2024 festival.
