International Museum Day 2022
The Fundació Joan Miró takes parts in the International Museum Day 2022 celebrations, organised by the International Council of Museums (ICOM), with an open day at the museum, the From the Vegetable Garden to Art exhibition at the Centre Cívic El Sortidor and the My Miró initiative.
- Open doors on 18 May, from 10 am to 8 pm, to visit the Miró Collection and the exhibitions Miró: His Most Intimate Legacy, The Resurrection at Espai 13 and Entourage: Photography by Enric Tormo in the museum lobby.
- From the Vegetable Garden to Art exhibition at the Centre Cívic El Sortidor, carried out by the Fundació Joan Miró, the students of Escola Poble-sec and gastronomic project Eat Montjuïc, as part of the Gresol Cultural programme. An initiative linked to ICOM's proposal to dedicate the day to the potential museums have to transform communities and territories.
