We recommend several paths that you can take in Montjuïc park and enjoy walking to the Fundació.

Joan Miró and Josep Lluís Sert designed an itinerary with places for visitors to stop and rest, like the patios with views of the park or the city. Use these places to relax before going back to looking at the works of art.

We recommend that you reserve your ticket before coming to the museum.

Can I leave and re-enter?
If the number of visitors permits, you can leave and re-enter the same day, showing your ticket at the entrance.
If you didn't have time to finish visiting the temporary exhibitions, your ticket allows you to come back a second time. Ask the entrance desk staff to validate it for you.
Keep your ticket with you while you are in the museum.
Is there a place where I can leave my things?
Yes. The Fundació has lockers for visitors. You have to use a €1 coin, which you will get back after you pick up your belongings.
To guarantee safety for the works of art, you will have to leave any backpacks or bags measuring more than 30 x 30 cm, umbrellas, motorcycle helmets, drinks, or food in the lockers.
If you are carrying an object that is too large, please contact the customer service staff.
Can I take photographs?
You can take photographs for private use, without using a flash, a tripod or a selfie stick.

Can I draw in the exhibition rooms?
You can draw with graphite or coloured pencils.
Do I need a ticket to go to the restaurant, the shop, the book store or the library?
Access to the Fundació's services is free.

Can I visit the museum with an animal?
For the safety of the visitors and the works on display, only service dogs are allowed on the premises.
