From 5 to 9 March 2025 - IFEMA Madrid convention centre Stand 9B30

For the third year running, the Fundació Joan Miró will take part in Madrid’s International Contemporary Art Fair (ARCO), which will be held this year from 5 to 9 March.

The museum will be present at stand 9B30 in IFEMA’s pavilion 9, which is set to become a meeting place in order to promote art and culture. The Fundació Joan Miró aims to focus its message on its 50th anniversary at this edition of ARCO, highlighting the programmes and events that will surround this celebration.

A discussion on the Fundació Joan Miró will also be held from 1 pm to 2 pm on 5 March in pavilion 9 of ForoARCO to coincide with the celebration of the institution’s 50th anniversary. The following people will take part:

• Marko Daniel - Director of the Fundació Joan Miró.
• Lua Coderch - Espai 13 participating artist in 2015 with the exhibition The Magic Mountain.
• David Bestué - artist and curator of the 2021 exhibition The Point of Sculpture at the Fundació Joan Miró.
• Ignasi Aballí - artist and winner of the fifth edition of the Joan Miró Prize.
• Pepa Balsach - art historian and poet, co-curator of some of the first Espai 10 seasons.
